Order Status

GarageSale automatically syncs the status of your order with eBay. Please note that modifying the Order Status will very likely move your order from one smart group to another, as the smart group parameters are directly tied to the various stages of your order (item paid: yes/no; item shipped: yes/no etc.).

• If you send out payment instructions to your buyers, mark “Payment instructions sent” when you have done so. Simply ignore this option if you are not in the habit of doing so.
• Check “Items paid” whenever you receive a payment. If the buyer pays directly via PayPal, this box should update automatically.
• Check “Items shipped” once the purchased item(s) have been mailed out.
• If you left feedback for the buyer, check “Feedback left”. If you use GarageSale’s built-in feedback mechnism, this info will update automatically.
• Check “Money refunded”, if the buyer withdrew from the purchase or simply never paid.
• If the item was returned, check “Item(s) returned”.
